This is a “sneeze” page

OR: What do you call a nut with a cold? Answer below

In a recent blog post concerning blog layout techniques, my blogger friend Norma advised me:

“If you find you have several posts on different aspects of a topic, get those posts noticed again by creating a “sneeze page.” Collate links for those related posts. Write a short introduction. Under each linked post, write a one-to-two sentence annotation/summary of the focus or approach of that post. Go to the original posts and add a link to the sneeze page as well.”

Now when I see the word “sneeze” I think of a quick release of ticklish physical tension exuding from my nostrils, often with considerable force and significant sonic accompaniment. It is a great feeling for me, though not always welcomed by family members. The idea of a sneeze page in blogging is not new, but Norma’s suggestion motivated the following attempt.

My blog is diverse in both audience and thematic content. What began as a source of thought around music, retirement. and matters of justice has broadened well beyond its original scope. So a” sneeze” of selections is in order.

My theme today is “Life in our little town” of Summerland.

Kathie once worked there. I am now a client. What goes around comes around.

There are more Summerland posts. Use the search function if your interest continues. For now, “it is enough.”

Enjoy, Ken

PS What do you call a nut with a cold? A cashew. 😊
