The dedication and enthusiasm of American pollsters, journalists, academics, campaign workers, and the candidates themselves are matched—and in some estimates exceeded—only by the efforts of researchers here at takenote.ca. Our goal is to continue to place before you, dear reader, inspiring, witty, artistic, topically relevant, sometimes edgy political imagery which captures the intent and spirit of these final weeks of the presidential campaign. We seek out both highs and lows, preferring the former though sometimes succumbing to the latter impressions and expressions of a race still too close to call. See what you think.
We still here cries of “we don’t know Kamala” from those who really don’t want to know. Tim Walz’ question to the J D Vance “who won the election?” (a question avoided rather than answered) was the ultimate debate zinger. Trump refuses any further debate (wonder why?) including a refusal to appear on 60 Minutes. The only thing worth betting on presently is how long will it take for results to be announced—especially in decision-making Georgia. Pennsylvania remains very much in play. Arghh . . . And so it goes.
