“Car for Sale” – Here’s why

I do not drive a Tesla. Our family does not own a Tesla. I don’t even drive. So I have no skin in this particular consumer decision game. I cede the argument to Goddess Mia who makes her case on Facebook. The “commercial” is beautifully filmed and carefully reasoned. “Car for sale.”

The value of the Tesla brand along with all its vehicles, new and used, has dropped rapidly in recent weeks. Poor sales, plunging stock value, cancelled international contracts and orders, technology threats from Chinese manufacturers, anger about Musk’s punitive actions with DOGE,  all these factors stoke concerns that Musk is ignoring the crisis in his own company as he spends time online and in person supporting extreme right wing entities especially in Germany and the UK, and disrupting if not destroying the lives of thousands of American, all this as an unelected political leader.

Trumps ultimate storm-trooper seems unable to manage his own personal storm winds which are pointed towards catastrophe.

Now I don’t want to kick a guy when he’s down, but I am encouraged to do when I discover just today his continued attempt to rally support for the impeachment for the judge who ruled against Trump. This man possesses no moral compass beyond the acquisition of personal wealth.

Maybe the claim is true, that Trump and Musk intend to crash stock  markets so they can come in with stashed capital — possibly US taxpayer money — to buy low in order to eventually sell high. Never say never.

Forget the courts; watch for Marshal law in six months’ time; muzzle thoughtful media (even Fox News seems jittery these days); destroy education at all levels. I think the gloves are off for good reason. I will try to take the high road with my image selections below. See what you think.

Someone just asked me a question. If I did own a Tesla, would I sell it now? Well if I had that much money in a car (and we do own a valuable Honda CRV) well who knows. I doubt it.
