THE MOMENT WE HAVE FEARED HAS ARRIVED: Donald Trump is set to deploy ICE tactical units to five Democrat-run cities amid the protests in Los Angeles as Gavin Newsom blamed his administration for inciting the California chaos.
The military-style units are set to storm New York City, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia and northern Virginia, MSNBC reported. Four of those five are heavily blue cities, while northern Virginia contains the Democrat enclave of Alexandria.
The reports came as the California governor delivered a harrowing prediction for the rest of the country Tuesday night in a nationally televised address that blasted Trump’s deployment of US troops to Los Angeles.
“Look, this isn’t just about protests here in Los Angeles, when Donald Trump sought blanket authority to commandeer the National Guard. He made that order apply to every state in this nation,” Newson said.
“This is about all of us. This is about you. California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Other states are next. Democracy is next. Democracy is under assault before our eyes, this moment we have feared has arrived.”
LOVE CONQUERS ALL: This might sound naive, but in the end, the power of love is stronger than hate and fear. Pope Leo is the perfect example of the dichotomy we are confronted with. Donald Trump and his megalomaniacal thirst for power, and Pope Leo reminding us to love one another, the most important of all Christian teachings. The Church in all its many forms will have to seize the day.
Consider what happened in South Africa during the very worst years of Apartheid. The National Party and Dutch Reformed Church worked in tandem to oppress, murder, torture, abuse, and violate every single human right imaginable. They were brutal, hateful, malicious and cruel. Yet out of the darkness a small man turned into a giant.
Nelson Mandela was still in prison at the time, but the Archbishop Desmond Tutu was not. He used his pulpit as a platform to speak out against the atrocities, he made the world aware of the injustice, of the needless suffering and despair. The Church took on the Qhurch, and that’s exactly what’s going to be required in America.
Christians must say No. Christians must stand for what is right in the eyes of the God they worship. The reason I refer to the Christian Nationalists trying to distort the Constitution in America as Qhristians, is because that’s what they are. QAnon inspired Qhristians. They are not real Christians but fake. They serve a Qod of hate not love.
CULT OF MAGA: They have turned Donald Trump into a savior, a messiah, a godlike man. Call it what it is, blasphemy and idol worship. Stop trying to be politically correct by not offending Qhristians, everything about their beliefs offend God. Jesus was a revolutionary, these people are fascists, big difference.
Trump is now going to target Chicago to teach Pope Leo a lesson, the same way he wants to teach Democrats a lesson. He will go out of his way to ruin Holy Mass on June 14 in Chicago, Pope Leo’s hometown. He won’t succeed, all he’ll accomplish is to strengthen the resolve of We the People.
This is not about being a Catholic or a Protestant, it’s not even about being religious, it’s about what is right. Secular Americans, atheists, humanists, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Pagans, black white and everyone in between, this is the moment, seize it before it’s too late.

Thanks Ken, perhaps it’s time to deep six the title Christian and return to a “people of the way;” the way of peace, the way of compassion, the way of all that rejects violence and embraces responsible stewardship of earth and each other. Trev.
